Saturday 11 November, Closing Gala at the Salle Empire, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

After the Casino de Monte-Carlo in 2021 and the One Monte-Carlo in 2022, the third edition of the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo came to a grand finale at the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on Saturday 11 November 2023, with our Closing Gala in the presence of Their Serene Highnesses, the Prince and Princess of Monaco.

The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer's Michelin-starred chefs took to the stage with the Resort's Head Sommeliers for an exclusive four-course dinner, orchestrated like a show thanks to the spectacular live passe-plat, which brought together the entire Société des Bains de Mer catering family. The brigades from the Resort's various restaurants came to lend a hand in the spirit of teamwork, and the joy of working together for the pleasure of some 140 guests.

Every detail shone through at Europe's most Michelin-starred Resort. Relive the best moments of this third edition of the Monte-Carlo Festival des Etoilés.
