On Saturday 11 November, this year's edition of the Festival des Etoilés de Monte-Carlo culminated in a spectacular gala dinner in the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and was honoured by the presence of H.S.H. After the Casino de Monte-Carlo in 2021 and the One Monte-Carlo in 2022, the third edition of the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo came to a grand finale at the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on Saturday 11 November 2023, with our Closing Gala in the presence of Their Serene Highnesses, the Prince and Princess of Monaco.
The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer's Michelin-starred chefs took to the stage with the Resort's Head Sommeliers for an exclusive four-course dinner, orchestrated like a show thanks to the spectacular live passe-plat, which brought together the entire Société des Bains de Mer catering family. The brigades from the Resort's various restaurants came to lend a hand in the spirit of teamwork, and the joy of working together for the pleasure of some 140 guests.
