This lunch menu features the products and colours of the Riviera. Chef Emmanuel Pilon and the team at the restaurant Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris are the artisans of flavour, crafting exquisite dishes presented to you with deftly orchestrated ballet-like service.
