There are so many reasons to love Monaco.
It’s an exceptional place where anything is possible. Where luck finds those who come to meet it with a smile. A parade of experiences and memories await you under the Mediterranean sun... Frédérique Dedet, the editor in chief of high-end magazine Série Limitée at Les Echos, tells us why she’s so passionate about the Principality.
Let’s fall in love with Monte-Carlo!

Frédérique Dedet: Its Mediterranean coastline, and the culture we have here – museums, exhibition spaces, concerts, the opera...there are its legendary palaces too, not to mention some incredible food and drink, all squeezed into less than 2 square kilometres. It also inspires a sense of peace and tranquillity.
F.D: I have lots, but the ones that stand out are a stay at the Monte-Carlo Beach, and the Bal de la Rose.
F.D: A treasure that is often misjudged.
In August 2026, the Principality will write a new chapter in its sporting legend. For the very first time, La Vuelta will start from Monaco, with a Grand Départ at the Place du Casino.

The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo’s cultural and creative programming is designed to surprise and captivate visitors.

With 48 models, 20 of which won the Grand Prix or the Rallye Monte-Carlo, this exhibition is the largest ever held on the automobile and a country, in a museum space.
