On a combiné la visite de l'Opéra avec un séjour très aimable dans une de plus beaux hôtels de la Côte d'Azur.

The overall hotel experience is superb and the ability to charge items at other locations to your room is very helpful.

Home away from home! Being greeted by wonderful bellboys staff, proceeding to quick check in and being escorted to room by super kind guest relations manager - smoothest check in ever! We enjoyed a lot our stay and all hotels and SBM facilities. Room service team did their best to accommodate all our requests as always. Quentin was there for us during all our stay to make sure we enjoy the best service and that nothing is missing. Dima was super kind to print an assignment for our kid and to welcome us with her special and unique kindness. Breakfast team lead by Laurent knew our preferences and made sure we are always satisfied and taken care of. Spa team were superb too, during our treatments and shopping experiences. Also Hairdressers best team, a perfect team! We loved our New Years Eve at Pavyllon, their manager made sure we had the most memorable experience ever! Hotel manager is super kind person too. Passionate and welcoming for all that want to enjoy HH family atmosphere. Only thing we d like to see is hotel being renewed and upgraded to our century as maintenance cant help with many issues we experience in room and around hotel. It is a historic place so we know it will take time to see HH shine in new look 😊 Thanks for all and all HH staff! You are best!

One more beautiful stay at hotel Hermitage. They really did their best to treat us perfect, starting with Fanny Amplis, Daniele Perri, all the concierges did great job, Customer service, the staff at Le Limun did improved a lot… We enjoyed our time there and will be back very soon.
