Emmanuel Pilon x Amaury Bouhours Four-Hands Dinner

On October 27 and 28, Emmanuel Pilon and Amaury Bouhours, respectively chef at Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse, Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo and chef at Le Meurice Alain Ducasse in Paris, will be hosting two exceptional dinners with Dom Pérignon Champagne pairings and in the presence of Alain Ducasse.


In addition to their friendship, the two men have much in common, since they both belong to the new generation of chefs trained by Alain Ducasse, and embody his vision of contemporary haute cuisine. From this shared background, each has developed his own personal interpretation of Ducasse's cuisine for two spectacular evenings.

  • Time: Dinner from 19.30 p.m
