On Thursday, 1st January 2026, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin invites you to celebrate the New Year with an exceptional lunch. Chef Marcel Ravin and his team will create a unique gastronomic experience, combining creativity, emotion and flavour, in the stunning setting of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.

During this lunch, the Chef will unveil one menu designed to encourage sharing and conviviality. Starters and desserts will be served as ‘sharing’ dishes, while each guest will choose their own main course, all accompanied by a half-bottle of Perrier Jouët Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
