The Winter Meteor entremet by chef Nicolas Baygourry from the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the winner of the annual Festive Entremet competition run by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, is a must. A fabulous dessert for sharing with all the family!
