Spanish gastronomic days

- Location: Café de Paris Monte-Carlo
The menu will range from daily specials to a selection of Spanish charcuterie, including the classic – and highly-prized – pata negra ham. There will even be an appearance from world champion Iberian ham slicer, José Manuel Hidalgo!
The highly traditional ambiance gets an Andalusian twist every evening too, with a group of Flamenco dancers and musicians all the way from Málaga.
