New Orleans is coming to the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo from 19 to 25 November for the 300th anniversary of New Orleans.
Three set lunch menus will be available all week long to showcase Cajun-style cuisine at the Limùn Bar.
A one-course menu for €32, a two-course menu for €39 and a three-course menu for €49 (including a half-bottle of mineral water and coffee or tea).
Start with the bean and beef, chicken or shrimp gumbo, followed by a blood sausage and spicy rice or a crayfish and red gurnard casserole, New Orleans sauce and a beignet with orange blossom to finish.
The Crystal Bar will be offering a special mini-menu, a cocktail set menu for €25.
