The winner of the Entremets Easter 2023 competition was revealed on 21 March 2023. 


The Monte-Carlo Beach team with its "Teresa la tortue" dessert won this year's Entremets Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer competition on the theme of "The Sea is Green". The jury praised the creativity and know-how of Giuseppe Vitrani.


This entremets is composed of lemon citrus, accompanied by a pistachio cream and a cake topped with lemon jam and a Matcha tea mousse. "Teresa the Turtle" will be offered on the spot or to take away on order in the Resort's restaurants.

On Monday 20 March, an exclusive gourmet event took place at One Monte-Carlo in the presence of an exceptional jury made up of journalists, renowned professionals and Resort guests. By respecting the pre-determined scoring criteria, the jury was able to elect the winning creation for the 2023 Easter Entremets Competition. A day full of colour and flavour where the Resort's pastry chefs and chocolatiers once again demonstrated their creativity, daring and remarkable know-how.
