The Summer Solstice will be honoured for the sixth time on June 21, 2023 in the heart of Monaco with a Free Yoga class for everybody. On the magnificent Terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.

On the magnificent Terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, facing the Mediterranean Sea, a celebration of joy and serenity will enchant beginners and regular practitioners of this art of living.

With the support of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and the Embassy of India in France, Yoga Shala Monaco, organises for thent consecutive year the Yoga Day.

Everybody, no matter what age or level of practice is invited to join the event, to move, to breathe, to feel and to relax on the Terraces of the Casino.
