Sunday has never been so delicious, spent with family or friends. The Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno and his teams are offering a Parisian-style brunch at the chicer-than-chic Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, at the most in-demand food counter in Monaco, Pavyllon, a restaurant by Yannick Alléno.

A lated brunch composed of unique recipes, like the original “Goodwich”, a warm gougère choux pastry filled with cheese accompanied by jambon de Paris ham. Creative eggs, dishes tinted with azure, created by Yannick Alléno.
