Check-in: available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
- Early check-in: If you wish your room to be available in the morning, you must book and pay for the night before your arrival.
- Luggage: Our concierge service can hold your luggage if your arrival is scheduled before this time.
Check-out: guests should leave before 12pm.
- Late check-out: An extra charge of 50% of the nightly rate will be charged for check-out until 3pm, and the full nightly rate after 4pm (subject to availability and hotel approval).
Requirements
- As stipulated by Monaco’s authorities, you must show ID for yourself and those traveling with you.
- Please note that minors must also show proof of identity (and family ties if the last names differ).
Tourist tax
- €7 per adult per day (extra charge).
Non-smoking hotel
- For the well-being and comfort of all our guests, Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is a fully non-smoking property. Should this policy not be respected in the room, a cleaning fee starting from €200 may be applied.

- Children aged 5 or under: breakfast, lunch and dinner are free of charge.

The Kids Room
During the French school holidays (excluding February), children aged over 6 can enjoy the Kids Room free of charge from 9am to 6pm. A variety of games and fun workshops await.
Monte-Carlo Beach Club by Petit VIP
Children aged 4 to 12 are welcome at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club during your stay.
- Open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, between 1 June and 31 August 2026.
Access is subject to a charge, and is conditional on your presence at the Beach Club throughout your child’s visit.

Your four-legged companion's stay
Only one dog weighing up to 15kg allowed per room.
- A daily extra charge applies.
- You must sign a release form at check-in.
Restrictions and Responsibilities
- Dogs are not allowed in the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo or in any of our restaurants, except Le Limún.
- Owners are responsible for any noise or damage caused by their dog.
