There are some places where history is perpetuated. The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo falls into that category. From the 1950s, people came from far and wide to visit the Princely Couple, Prince Rainier III and the Princess Grace, who welcomed the elite of the time, as well as the "crème de la crème" of Hollywood.
The Riviera's most exceptional setting
The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo soon became one of Princess Grace's favourite venues, choosing it as a place to celebrate momentous occasions alongside Prince Rainier. In 1956, to celebrate her marriage to Prince Rainier III, dinner was served by the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, which also prepared the wedding cake for the official reception. Twenty years later, the princely couple celebrated their wedding anniversary out of the public eye in the hotel's cellars, and in 1974, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlos honoured, with great pomp and circumstance, the 25th anniversary of the reign of Prince Rainier III. Now, with this new suite bearing her name, her legend lives on.
