INGREDIENTS
4cl Bombay Sapphire gin
2cl Southern Comfort
2cl Amaretto
One bottle of Fever-Tree ginger beer
In a mixing glass:
Muddle the Bombay Sapphire, Southern Comfort and Amaretto.
Pour into a glass and add a sprig of fresh mint.
Slowly add the ginger beer to finish.

This cocktail was invented to celebrate the Ballets de Monte-Carlo, which worked with greats such as Nicolas Zverev and Mikhail Fokine in their early days. These two were notably involved in productions of several of the pieces in Serge Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes repertoire.
Our favourite ingredient?
The subtle harmony between the gin, the whisky liqueur and the sweetness of the Amaretto, enhanced by the vibrant heat of the ginger beer.
