From Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 May, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, un restaurant de Yannick Alléno à l’Hôtel Hermitage, will be celebrating the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix.

With its counter service, seasonal cuisine, live spirit and breathtaking views of the race from the terrace, this is the place to experience the Grand Prix without leaving your table. An exceptional address for savouring the moment, at the heart of the action.
