Chef Yannick Alléno and the prestigious house of Moët & Chandon are combining their expertise for an exceptional dinner at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo on March 2, 2023. Offered on February 28, 2023 at the Pavyllon Paris restaurant, the multi-starred chef's custom menu will be accompanied by the Moët & Chandon "Grand Vintage" Collection, for a grandiose tasting moment at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. Throughout the evening, the dinner will be orchestrated by the exceptional presence of Chef Yannick Alléno and the Moët & Chandon cellar master.
