On Saturday, 18 October 2025, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin will host an exceptional evening alongside Maison Charles Heidsieck. The Chef Marcel Ravin and his sommelier, in association with the prestigious Champagne House, will unveil an eight-course menu where each culinary creation is paired with a selected cuvée, for a memorable Michelin-starred experience at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.
