Chef Marcel Ravin has created a seasonal menu especially for the occasion, showcasing the very best of spring flavours. All the family is invited to join in the fun, and enjoy a smorgasbord of gourmet dishes that are guaranteed to please. To bring that extra bit of sparkle to your Easter Brunch, we’ll be serving a 2013 Moët & Chandon vintage alongside. Children can also take part in an Easter egg hunt at the Blue Gin.
