Marcel Ravin x Shaun Hergatt Four-Hands Dinner
Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the most highly-decorated resort in Europe with 7 Michelin stars to its name, is back with its second Monte-Carlo Festival of Stars.
The second event in this year’s festival will take place at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s Blue Bay restaurant on Friday 7 October 2022.
A fantastic culinary experience awaits, with a four-hands dinner brought to you by double-Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin and his internationally-renowned colleague Shaun Hergatt.

About Marcel Ravin
Marcel Ravin is one of the most gifted chefs of his generation. For this year’s festival, Ravin is heading across the Atlantic. He has long been a fan of Australian-born Hergatt’s modernist cuisine, with both of them drawing deeply on their roots and surroundings for inspiration. The honorary New-Yorker – who has won both “Best Young Chef” and “Best New Restaurant” awards for two of his restaurants from the New York Times, Michelin Guide and Esquire – will be combining his creativity with Ravin’s signature bold style.
