Amazing

Hello, Hope you are doing well & having a great day. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you immensely for an amazing experience at the Hermitage as always. Every single member of staff, every single individual in any of the F&B or hospitality teams are amazing and I feel privileged to always experience your incredible hospitality; it feels like I am at home. A special thank you to Djamila from housekeeping; she is always incredible. A big thank you to Mr. Olivier for being the best and always listening to my endless requests and a special thank you to Mr. Benoit for his help at checkout today. Hospitality at its best

We really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived all the way through to our departure (during one of the busiest days of the year) it was excellent. The level of hospitality given at L'Hermitage is what a hotel experience should be like. Gabriel from reception was excellent - he took time to show us different suites, he gave us a good overview of the hotel and services and was just a wonderful young man. The suite was lovely, the views exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast too (despite it being quite busy), the spread on offer is perfect. We used the Fitness and wellness area a lot, staff are very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of machines available as well as a studio space for any functional exercises. The staff across the hotel are exceptionally friendly and have the traditional hospitality values at heart. We did not use the restaurants so cannot comment on that. Aside from that, we had a the most amazing 4 days and we are very much looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone and especially Gabriel for making our stay so memorable.

Excellent hotel!

Absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, elegant, and perfectly located. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and in perfect location. Exceptional service and luxurious atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monaco and look forward to returning in the future.
