There are so many reasons to love Monaco.
It’s an exceptional place where anything is possible. Where luck finds those who come to meet it with a smile. A parade of experiences and memories await you under the Mediterranean sun... Marcel Ravin has been passionately leading the kitchen teams at the Blue Bay for the past 15 years. During that time, he’s also embarked on a love affair with Monaco.
Let’s fall in love with Monte-Carlo!
Marcel Ravin: It’s such a small country, but it has such an incredibly wide outlook on the world. If you give yourself the means to achieve them, respect them, and deserve them, then this is the kind of place where dreams can come true. It’s a country where the impossible becomes possible.
Marcel Ravin : The day I met H.S.H. Prince Albert II at the opening of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in 2005. He very kindly said to me, “I hope you’ll be staying with us a long time,” and I answered, “as long as Monaco wants me.”
Marcel Ravin : Unique.
