In the intimate setting of the Monte-Carlo Beach, Relais & Châteaux, Elsa is a jewel at the heart of the Riviera.
Led by Marcel Ravin, Elsa offers exceptional gastronomy. Like a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, its unique and committed culinary universe is inspired by the marine world with delicacy and creativity.
Awarded the "Prize for Ethical and Environmental Responsibility" by La Liste in 2023, Elsa embodies committed culinary excellence through an innovative vision of catering.

Every Sunday, in the shade of the columned pergola and the relaxed spirit of summer-season restaurants, there's a great opportunity to enjoy the Dolce Vita Brunch, imagined by chef Pascal Garrigues and made with fresh and local produce.

With the provision of bicycles and electric vehicles, the establishment is fully committed to a virtuous approach to Sustainable Development. An underwater reef with a positive ecological vocation and the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Refuge classification of the Pointe de la Vigie are noteworthy in the preservation of biodiversity.
