This year is all about fine dining at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, where we are getting ready to launch our very first “Monte-Carlo Festival of Stars”.  

The action will begin in May, with all-new collaborations between Michelin-starred chefs from our Resort and renowned Michelin-starred guests.  There will be exceptional experiences to enjoy in the Group's various Michelin-starred restaurants every month until the festival ends in November 2021.

Guests who decide to book a stay in one of our hotels for the occasion will also get the chance to meet with the chefs masterminding their dinner before the event, making it a truly special experience.

The festival will end with a grand finale: a dinner brought to you by all the Michelin-starred chefs at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, hosted at the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo in November.

Dinners by a duo of Michelin-starred chefs are on the menu starting on 29 May 2021


Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is giving  pride of place to gastronomy this year and launching its very first “Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo” in May. In parallel with the arrival of Chef Yannick Alléno at Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the new cheffe Manon Fleury in the kitchens of Elsa at Monte-Carlo Beach and the return of Andrea Berton to Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo this summer, the Group with 7 stars is announcing a veritable festival of dinners by two Michelin-starred chefs for the coming months. It kicks off on 29 May at Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort with chef Marcel Ravin and chef Michel Sarran. Other exceptional duos will follow in the various award-winning restaurants of the Group, to end in apotheosis in November, with the closing dinner that will unite all the Michelin-starred chefs of the Resort at Casino de Monte-Carlo. More than a festival, it is a genuine celebration of gastronomy by those who make it shine, talented chefs that we have sorely missed.


“Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo”: a programme of exciting new collaborations


With 30 restaurants and bars and a rich history of 150 years of experience in the field of art de vivre and gastronomy, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the highest award-winning Resort in Europe with 7 Michelin stars, is launching the very first edition of the “Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo”. 

Every month, from May to November (except July and August), a dinner by two will be on offer in one of the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group - the Blue Bay at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Le Grill at Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo or Elsa at Monte-Carlo Beach.

Our “house” Chefs have chosen a notable guest with whom to form a multi-starred duo and deliver an exceptional dinner crafted by 4 hands. An important moment for gastronomy, the meeting between two talents, two visions of cooking and two personalities. Michel Sarran, Riccardo Camanini, Mauro Colagreco and Michel Guérard were delighted to accept the friendly invitation extended by Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti and Dominique Lory.
