Friday 9 July 1971 marked the inauguration of the famous club "The Jimmy'z", located below Monaco's Sporting d'été, with decor designed by André Levasseur, offering a hushed ambience reflecting a fairyland of blue-night and silver light. Entrance is by 'club card' only, reinforcing its exclusivity. The "Grande Zoa", known as Régine, brought the Principality to life, transforming Jimmy'z into an iconic nightclub.

In June 1973, the 'winter' Jimmy'z opened at the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, offering a luxurious 1930s-style atmosphere, with gold and blue lamé banquettes surrounding an oval dance floor, and a chromed steel sculpture by Jansen in the background. The Summer Sporting Club was demolished in December 1973, while the new Monte-Carlo Sporting Club was inaugurated on 22 June 1974.
Beneath the Sporting Club, a veritable oasis of entertainment spread over two levels: on one side, the restaurant Maona, blending Brazilian flavours and Polynesian ambience, and on the other, the brand-new Jimmy'z in a sumptuous decor entrusted to the talent of Mr. Lamotte. At the heart of this new space, a reconstructed lagoon, adorned with fountains and a Japanese garden, creating an enchanting atmosphere. All-nighters can dance under the stars from the Japanese terrace at Jimmy'z, offering an incomparable outdoor nightlife experience.
After various evolutions, including a name change to Parady'z, Jimmy'z regained its lustre with a total renovation in 1986.
In 2000, the club underwent a further transformation with the addition of a Cuban smoking room and other improvements. In 2004, however, the lagoon was filled in for the construction of Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.
In 2012, Jimmy'z celebrates its 40th anniversary with an interior renovation and the installation of modern technologies, while preserving its essence. In 2017, a new version of the club saw the light of day after three years of work, blending modernity with respect for historical specificities.
Since then, Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo, "The Great Art of Clubbing", embodies the essence of glamour and elegance, offering an unrivalled experience where the world's biggest stars and hottest DJs mingle.
