Veuve Clicquot has chosen Chef Marcel Ravin to be part of this program, along with other renowned chefs such as Amélie Darvas, Chef of the Äponem restaurant in France; Dario Cadonau, Chef of the In Lain restaurant in Switzerland; Domenico Schingaro, Chef of the Borgo Egnazia restaurant in Italy and many others.
Through this collaboration, exclusive events will be created at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Unique dinners will allow guests to discover a garden gastronomy, where "grand cru" vegetables mingle with grapes.
