For this third edition, Marcel Ravin invites Julien Royer, the Chef-Owner from Odette restaurant in Singapore, which has been awarded three Michelin stars since 2019.
Marcel Ravin and Julien Royer share a deep love of nature and a passion for authenticity. They both draw inspiration from their respective grandmothers, Yvanesse and Odette, and cook with the same respect for the seasons and local produce. Given their shared backgrounds and passions, it was an obvious choice for them to meet and share a moment of haute gastronomy linked to their common history.
Together, the Michelin-starred chefs will take you on a journey through the world of the Garden Gastronomy and a creative menu where exceptional products will be accompanied by a Grand Cru: the La Grande Dame cuvée from Maison Veuve Clicquot’s signature collection.
