Déconfinement Monaco : Réouverture des bars, restaurants et casinos

We are reopening: the fun is coming back to Monaco

Since 4 May, Monaco has been slowly reawakening from its lockdown slumber, and we are almost ready for this summer’s holidaymakers. Our teams are excitedly preparing for your return, and our establishments are gradually reopening their doors, ready to welcome you in the utmost safety. As they say, you only live once – so after spending all this time in lockdown, let’s come together and enjoy some magic in Monaco. Read on to find out how Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has prepared for these wonderful reunions in their hotels, restaurants and casinos: we bet that every single experience will feel like new, and even more beautiful than before.

Hotels: always at your service

They are one of the most iconic parts of Monaco’s identity: and the Casino de Monte-Carlo and  Casino Café de Paris are up and running again, ready to welcome players back on 5 June. Visitors’ health will of course remain our number-one priority. At the entrance to our casinos, you will be asked to briefly lower your mask for a security check to be carried out. Clients will then follow a specially redesigned route through the tables, machines and gaming rooms, and the number of players permitted inside each establishment will be limited to make social distancing as easy as possible. Drinks will be served at the bar on request. Chips, plaques, craps dice, slot machines and gaming tables will be disinfected regularly.

Save the date*:

  • Friday 5 June: Casino de Monte-Carlo, Casino Café de Paris.

Bars and restaurants: prepare your palates

In the kitchen, our teams are working tirelessly to prepare for the day you will once again be able to come and enjoy lunch or dinner in one of our restaurants, or have a drink in one of our bars. Provisions have been put in place to make social distancing possible in our dining rooms, with a limited number of places set and special floor markings added. One handy adjustment we’ve made is that all our menus are now available as soft copies. Once seated, all you need to do is scan the QR code to view them on your phone. Our bars and restaurants have always worked to the highest standards of health and safety both inside the kitchen and out, so you can be sure our teams will be creating the best possible conditions for welcoming you back and serving you this summer.
