This is one of them: as the guest of honour at Chef Alain Ducasse’s private table in the kitchens of the three-star restaurant Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris. Savor the myriad facets of the Mediterranean Naturalness, with dishes offering plentiful flavors and served in a unique and vibrant setting, like a privileged spectator accessing the backstage of a theater.

For those seeking an unforgettable experience, this private space brimming with history will take you back through the centuries.
The experience:
You will be guided by the Head Sommelier, who will take you through the various sections, divided by region, to reveal the incredible history of this unique facility, created in 1874. He will focus in particular on some of the great châteaux and reveal some of the anecdotes that make this one-of-a-kind place so special. The experience continues with a 4-course dinner with wine and food pairings in the reception dining room

Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

The experience:
Enjoy a truly special experience in a private cooking class with Chef Guillaume Bellayer, where you’ll work on showcasing a top-quality seasonal ingredient. Your culinary adventure will be followed by dinner looking out over the Prince’s Palace, and the sea stretching away to the horizon... You’ll be greeted with a glass of champagne and treated to a six-course dinner with wine pairings celebrating your ingredient, for the ultimate dining experience in an enchantingly romantic setting: either out on the panoramic terrace or in another exceptional area of the hotel.

The experience:
Surrounded by nature, like a modern-day Robinson Crusoe, you’ll enjoy a four-course dinner, drinks included. Time will stand still as you start off the evening with a glass of champagne and slowly disconnect from the world, with family, friends, or a significant other by your side.

Dip your toes in the gentle waters of the French Riviera... Nestled between sea and sky, a pontoon owned by the Monte-Carlo Beach Club (the most exclusive club in the Principality) offers a breath-taking view of Monaco and the Mediterranean Sea.
The experience:
You will be welcomed with a glass of champagne, before sitting down to a private dinner on the pontoon, exclusively reserved for the occasion. A tasting menu, with drinks included, will be provided. Beneath the stars, you will enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the sophisticated surroundings and be lulled by the gentle lapping of the waves as time stands still.

Opéra de Monte-Carlo
Delve deep into this unique, history-packed place in total privacy
Jewel of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Salle Garnier continues to embody the boldness that characterised the building of the Casino de Monte-Carlo in 1878. To continue to shine and expand, the Société des Bains de Mer decided to add a concert hall to its casino. And to hire the architect Charles Garnier who succeeded the challenge. Garnier highlighted luxury and decoration to the highest degree, combining three types of gold and generously using the lyre symbol. The steel beams in the structure were designed by Gustave Eiffel. Large windows overlooking the sea make the event hall a unique venue.

This breath-taking space has been closed off to the public especially for the occasion, giving you the chance to explore undisturbed. With a glass of Dom Pérignon in hand, you’ll be able to wander at leisure, marvelling at the detail of the magical décor and even getting an insight into this majestic space behind the scenes. Let time stand still around you for just a moment, and immerse yourself in the thrilling history of Monte-Carlo. And, if you’re not quite ready for the experience to end, you can continue enjoying champagne and canapés at the Bar de la Rotonde in the Atrium of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. There’s no doubt about it: you’re sure to be left with some truly unforgettable memories.
