The restaurant has added a number of bold and delicious options to its menu this summer, in the same style as the vibrant, fusion cuisine that has made it a big hit for three years running. Not far from here, at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the Blue Gin bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a signature cocktail on an expansive terrace, with a superb view of the Mediterranean Sea. And at the same resort, an enchanting lagoon will provide a magical ambiance to add colour to your weekends, from Thursday to Sunday, with a DJ and a magician to entertain parents, children...and anyone who’s still a child at heart!

The Elsa, our Monte-Carlo Beach restaurant offering 100% organic food and wild-caught fish, also promises to spoil you, following the arrival of its new chef, Manon Fleury. Its eco-friendly, local and organic cuisine is sure to please, offering the very best of nature in an exceptional setting.
Finally, the pop-up restaurant by chef Andrea Berton is opening on the ground floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo from 6 July, taking diners on a culinary voyage celebrating the best of Italy. The Michelin-starred chef’s food is astonishing, featuring all sorts of sensational flavours…
Prestigious Hauser & Wirth gallery comes to Monaco
On 19 June, the Hauser & Wirth art gallery opened its first exhibition space in Monaco a few steps from the iconic Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, with its inaugural exhibit a solo show by French artist Louise Bourgeois. The 290m² main exhibition space enjoys a spectacular high ceiling and skylight, showcasing contemporary art at its best.
