The brief for this cocktail?
The idea was to bring two cocktails together to represent the exoticism and elegance of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. For exoticism, Kaffir lime and passion fruit – ingredients from our chef, Marcel Ravin. For elegance, Champagne. The cocktail gives an unexpected burst of flavour in the mouth; it is the perfect balance of strength and sweetness.
Our favourite ingredient?
Timut pepper is the secret ingredient in our recipe as it marries incredibly well with all the others. We crush the corns for maximum flavour.
The perfect place to enjoy it?
The bar where it was born, on one of the most beautiful terraces in Monaco: the Blue Gin!
Evoking waves and sailboats, the works of artist Jean Boghossian will be installed around the resort in the spring to celebrate the ocean and its diverse marine wildlife.
Fans of automobile history, rally enthusiasts and followers of Formula 1 alike will all want to visit the SAS Prince of Monaco’s Cars Collection.
