The menu will delight the most discerning of palates, and each dish is served with passion. Our sommelier will propose original selections of the finest wines to accompany the creations of Chef Saez-Manzanares, for a unique and refined dining experience.

Monaco’s best-kept secret... Back in the early 1900s, the only way to reach the Principality was by rail. The Train Bleu is a faithful reproduction of a restaurant car, an elegant homage to that golden age. Everything, from the paintwork to the colours and wood finishings, harks back to the magnificence of the Belle Époque passenger trains. Here, only the view remains timeless, the Place du Casino remains a resplendent sight for the passengers.
The kitchens at the Train Bleu are overseen by Chef Thierry Saez-Manzanares, with his passion for seasonal produce. He has created a menu that blends all the sumptuous flavours of the Mediterranean.
