Created by husband-and-wife duo, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the Amazónico concept first emerged in Madrid in 2016, and has since captivated audiences in London and Dubai. Now, as of 5 April 2024, Amazónico Monte-Carlo will take centre stage at the heart of Monaco’s ‘Golden Square’, drawing inspiration from the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of the Amazon.

Amazónico Monte-Carlo offers a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisines with menus that are not only inspired by the countries of the Amazon, but also the unique Asian and Mediterranean communities which inhabit them. Savour carefully curated sushi, raw seafood and grilled meats and fish in this unique setting where the chefs use both traditional and cutting-edge techniques, along with seasonal and vibrant ingredients, to transport guests to Latin America. Complimenting this distinctive culinary experience, the specialist crafted cocktails are shaken by an expert bar team, offering an exotic Amazónico twist. With its plush furnishings and natural materials designed by internationally renowned artist Lázaro Rosa-Violán, Amazónico Monte-Carlo immerses guests in a lush, rainforest-inspired ambiance.
