About Chef Arnaud Bignon
Arnaud Bignon trained in leading culinary institutions, developing a precise cuisine focused on seasonality and respect for the finest ingredients. In 2005, he took the helm of Spondi in Athens, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2008. He later continued his career in London at The Greenhouse (2 Michelin stars) before returning to Greece as General Manager of Spondi.
