On Monday, April 13, 2026, on the occasion of the International Day of Gastronomy, Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, the fine-dining restaurant of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, will host an exceptional dinner bringing together Chef Marcel Ravin and Chef Arnaud Bignon (Spondi* restaurant, Greece).

 

This evening is part of “Momentum,” an unprecedented global gastronomic event organized by the prestigious association Les Grandes Tables du Monde. On April 13, 18 exceptional dinners will be held simultaneously across 13 countries, bringing together member restaurants for a shared celebration of contemporary haute cuisine, creativity, and collective movement.

 

Through this concept, “Momentum” celebrates the spirit of exchange, cultural dialogue, and the diversity of haute cuisine. Each duo of chefs expresses their sensibilities, influences, and gastronomic vision in a shared culinary creation.

About Chef Arnaud Bignon

Arnaud Bignon trained in leading culinary institutions, developing a precise cuisine focused on seasonality and respect for the finest ingredients. In 2005, he took the helm of Spondi in Athens, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2008. He later continued his career in London at The Greenhouse (2 Michelin stars) before returning to Greece as General Manager of Spondi.
