Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, Europe's most starred resort with 7 Michelin stars, is back with its "Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo".

On April 20th, Emmanuel Pilon and Simon Rogan, respectively Head Chef of Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse, Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo and Head Chef of L'Enclume in the UK, will be hosting an exceptional dinner in the presence of Alain Ducasse.

The two chefs share the same passion for local cuisine and good produce.

About Simon Rogan

 

Simon Rogan MBE is an award-winning chef of international renown, recognised as one of the pioneers of the 'From farm to table' movement. In 2002, he opened his first restaurant, L'Enclume, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. Awarded a green star in 2021 and three Michelin stars in 2022, it is one of only nine three-star restaurants in the country, confirming its place as one of the UK's most popular culinary destinations. In addition to L'Enclume, Simon's farm also supplies his other Lake District restaurants Rogan & Co*, Henrock and Chef Aulis Cartmel and Aulis London. Simon Rogan has expanded his portfolio of restaurants in Hong Kong, opening Aulis in January 2019 and Roganic*, which has a green star and a Michelin star. In 2022, he will also open a natural bakery and wine bar, The Baker & The Bottleman. In early 2023, he will move to Valletta, Malta, with the opening of ION Harbour by Simon Rogan, followed by Aulis Phuket in Thailand.
