About Pierre Gagnaire and Dominique Lory
Chef Pierre Gagnaire was Dominique Lory's chef just 25 years ago as part of his experience in the three-star establishment on rue Balzac in Paris. From March 2000 to January 2002, Dominique Lory worked at Pierre Gagnaire as first commis chef, first for fish then for meat. Chef Pierre Gagnaire brought to Chef Dominique Lory a very open mind and adaptation, but also the ability to constantly renew himself.
