On the 11th of November, it’s time for the grand gala evening that will close the 2023 edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo! Treat yourself to an exclusive evening with our four Michelin-starred chefs. Alain Ducasse, in collaboration with Emmanuel Pilon, Marcel Ravin, Yannick Alleno and Dominique Lory, will cook in front of you in the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer chefs will serve a menu of their signature dishes. This promises to be a trip through the star-studded Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer galaxy that is absolutely not to be missed!
