CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Confirmation is effective once S.B.M. has received a deposit of 100% of the services booked.
- A secure link valid for 48 hours will be sent to you by e-mail inviting you to pay the deposit online. The booking will be confirmed as soon as payment has been received.
- All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail). If received by the S.B.M. within :
- Up to 40 days before the date of the event, it will give rise to an invoice representing 50% of the total amount of the services initially booked in this contract.
- 40 to 10 days before the date of the event will give rise to an invoice representing 80% of the total amount of the services booked.
- 10 days or less before the date of the event will result in an invoice representing 100% of the total amount of services booked.
