The gastronomic restaurant Blue Bay receives its first star in the Michelin guide, a consecration for chef Marcel Ravin and his team. It was "a feeling of pride tinged with modesty, the culmination of hard, painful and demanding work,” recalls the chef. “But the results everybody desired were finally achieved!"
