Yasmina Hayek is the Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo. Born and raised in Lebanon, Yasmina Hayek grew up in a family of restaurateurs, who see food as an integral part of life. With a formal culinary education, Yasmina Hayek is guided by excellence and mainly by the family spirit she carries on with love.

With cuisine inspired by the unique story of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who pays tribute to her roots and excellence through an authentic approach.
Her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, is continuing the family history and has taken on the role of Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.
