After spending time in Paris, he decided to pursue his passion in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. After 10 years at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, working at Monte-Carlo Beach, Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, and then Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, he is now at the restaurant L’Hirondelle, where he crafts a cuisine that mixes tradition, creativity and wellness.
