Available for sale from March 30 to April 8, these creations will perfectly accompany your moments of sharing and your family egg hunts.

This on-the-go gastronomy, to eat in or take away, will satisfy every craving at every moment of the day. 

Named Mada One, short for Madame and a tribute to the ancient name given to Martinique, Madininia (or Madiana), meaning "mythical island", this "ready-to-eat" restaurant concept is part café, part bistro, part patisserie, and offers an elegant and varied range of snacks.

A continuous offer to satisfy all desires in a nomadic spirit... Whether for a healthy breakfast, a friendly lunch with colleagues or a tasty shopping break, Mada One offers its relaxed and authentic setting, designed for sharing and meeting people.

Signature culinary creations to discover... The Chef will also be surprising customers with the Monegu ("Monaco" in Monegasque and "the taste of the people" in Creole), a "travel cake", a subtle blend of brioche and panettone, in the colours of Monaco: white and red. A reinterpretation of Mediterranean flavours (Menton lemon, jam, etc.) as a tribute to his adopted homeland and a sign of his attachment to the Principality. A Monegasque fry is also under consideration!

Much more than just a restaurant... The restaurant also includes a bakery and pastry shop (depending on opening hours) and a boutique (groceries, merchandising): oils, spices, aprons and other products used in the preparation of Mada One recipes are on sale so you can take them with you wherever you go!
