Saveurs Olfactives is a unique gastronomic experience imagined by Chef Yannick Alléno in collaboration with the Italian Haute Parfumerie house Xerjoff.
Conceived as a multisensory journey between taste and scent, it features a dish from the menu inspired by the fragrance Cruz del Sur by Xerjoff. Designed to reflect its olfactory identity, the dish extends the fragrance through a subtle and immersive culinary interpretation.
At the time of service, guests are first invited to discover the fragrance under a ceramic cloche specially created for this experience, before tasting the dish and unveiling the full richness of its aromatic profile.
Available year-round through the Xerjoff Menu (excluding blackout dates), the experience concludes with a gift set including a 15 ml bottle of the fragrance and the ceramic cloche used during the meal.
