Born in Monaco in 1978, this local chef quickly developed a taste for cooking, discovering a real passion for it. A graduate of the hotel management school in Monaco and a Mediterranean at heart, Eric Guillemaud is above all steeped in the cuisine and culture of the south, rich in colour and originality.
Out of love for his region and keen to share his wealth of experience, Eric will be returning to Monaco to exercise his talents at Sporting Monte-Carlo and in the restaurants of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
When Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo opened, he was put in charge of the restaurant's kitchens and revealed his culinary personality.
Eric’s goal is to offer an exciting and contemporary update of “nouvelle cuisine”, with carefully balanced dishes that will delight both taste buds and eyes alike.
