Dina Nikolaou, first female guest chef at ÔMER restaurant

Spotlight on Greece at ÔMER restaurant

Dina Nikolaou, major ambassador of modern Greek cuisine, will be the first female guest chef at ÔMER!

A vital culinary icon of Greek television, she is eager to share her knowledge of Greek products, which she effortlessly puts on display in gourmet, colourful recipes!  

 

With the help of chef Patrick Laine, who is opening the doors of his kitchens to her, she will present two menus in addition to the ÔMER menu — one a lunch menu with mezzes for sharing and the other a dinner menu. 

 

Time for a meal centred on the Mediterranean, where you can discover its signature dishes with Greek flavours such as: “Fava with currant jam”, “Octopus with Cretan thyme honey and fresh thyme”, a “small puff pastry with Mani siglino and bergamot” or “Baklava with hazelnuts and chocolate”.

 

Echoing the values of ÔMER, the creations of Dina Nikolaou decidedly call for conviviality and sharing...
