Chefs Davide Oldani, with two Michelin stars and a green star, and Yannick Alléno, with 15 Michelin stars, share a passion for Italy. One by birth, the other by adoption. For several years now, they have been making a habit of travelling together through Tuscany, a region so close to their hearts.
Davide Oldani's ‘Pop Cuisine’, which showcases accessible gourmet cooking using traditional products, is a perfect match for Yannick Alléno's ‘Cuisine Moderne’, in which the focus is on the product and the sauce.
Together, in the spirit of sharing so dear to both cultures, they bring French and Italian cuisine to the highest level at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo bar, a symbol of exchange and conviviality.
About Yannick Alléno
Tradition, excellence and modernity: these three words embody both Yannick Alléno and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer perfectly. What could be more natural, then, than to ask the internationally-acclaimed, triple-Michelin-starred chef to take over the flagship restaurant at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo? Especially for the occasion, the famous restaurant has changed its name, becoming Yannick Alléno à l’Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.
