Riccardo Camanini is the chef at Michelin-starred Lido 84: one of the most famous restaurants in Italy.
Franck Cerutti, meanwhile, has been honing his craft in the restaurant kitchens at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo for 23 years. Up on the eighth floor of the hotel, on the terrace at Le Grill, Cerutti – who has spent 30 years working alongside Alain Ducasse – takes great pleasure in showcasing his love for the Riviera and top-quality produce in his dishes: an art he has been practising since his arrival at the Hotel Negresco back in 1978.
