'Musique de l'Eau' dinner recital
This inaugural event of 'The Sea is Green' programme opens with the presentation of the Jean Boghossian exhibition by the artist himself. This is followed by a dinner recital by Monegasque piano prodigy, Stella Almondo, organised at the Winter Garden of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, with menu by Chef Yannick Alléno. Renowned music journalist, David Abiker, will orchestrate the evening, which will be broadcast the following day on Radio Classique.

Sweet & Savoury Creations at L'Orange Verte
Discover L'Orange Verte, the bistronomic restaurant of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, and discover ocean-inspired limited edition collection of "macarons" next day bread, with flavours inspired by the sea. Three different flavours will be offered: lemon & seaweed, caramel & fleur de sel, white chocolate & caviar. For both amateurs and gourmets. Available on site or to take away!
If you prefer savoury creations, come and taste the suggestion of the day based on a seafood product at lunch and dinner.

Discover new menu suggestions at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, un restaurant de Yannick Alléno à l'Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo during the period 'The Sea is Green', from 10 March to 10 May daily from midday to 3pm.
In 2015, this 1 Michelin-starred restaurant joined the Mr. Goodfish sustainable fishing programme and has since been proposing innovative fish dishes inspired by the seasonal guide.
