The pop-up restaurant Andrea Berton is opening on the ground floor of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, creating a culinary voyage that celebrates the best of Italy.

The interior was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon and effortlessly pairs lacquered wood with leather. This room, with understated, delicate décor, opens on a terrace with a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean and Opera Garnier Monte-Carlo. 

Awarded a Michelin star, chef Andrea Berton creates surprising cuisine with an array of sensational flavours... With a menu full of subtle and gourmet dishes, his cuisine is bright and modern, revisiting traditional Italian dishes.

Chef Andrea Berton

Following the success of his first trip during the New Year’s festivities, Andrea Berton is back in the Principality for a summer that promises to be bountiful.

Italian in his soul, this talented fifty-year-old is described by his peers as one of the most brilliant chefs of his generation. Trained by the team at Gualtiero Marchesi, “the founder of the new Italian cuisine”, he honed his skills at the world’s most prestigious gastronomic restaurants.

For about the past ten years, he has been running his famous restaurant “Il Ristorante Berton” in Milan.

His secret? Prioritizing products from his native region and concocting a selection of quality ingredients with pleasure.
