An altruist by nature, and endlessly in search of perfection, Dominique Lory has taken over the kitchen at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo since 2022. After over ten years alongside Mr. Ducasse at the three-Michelin starred Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris, he now expresses his talent, vision, and passion through the luxury hotel's various culinary worlds. An experience in the service of creativity, a philosophy of taste and sharing between tradition and modernity.
About Christophe Moret
From Louis XV to 59 Poincaré and then Spoon, Christophe Moret served under Alain Ducasse for nearly 10 years before becoming the three-Michelin-starred Chef at Plaza Athénée from 2003 to 2010. A change of decade, a change of establishment, as he joined Lasserre with two stars to his name, just as he had been for eight years at the restaurant L'Abeille at the Shangri-La, before joining Domaine Les Crayères in 2023 where he immediately earned two stars.
